Our Report
We've worked diligently with homeowners, home builders and Tarion to develop a report that builders can work with more quickly and easily than the Tarion forms alone. We will still fill out the necessary paperwork but in addition, you will receive a report that the building community has helped us design. It takes all of the guesswork out of the findings. There is no ambiguity and no chance for anyone involved to suggest it is incomplete or incomprehensible.
For each improvement recommendation, we provide the reader of the report:
- the exact location (south east corner of the dining room floor)
- a photograph of the condition
- verbatim language of the Construction Performance Guideline (CPG) which covers the condition in question
All of this is packaged up in an easy to read, e-mailable report!
We know that this may be a bit over the top but it eliminates confusion, the need for interpretation or discussion. It is black and white. Homeowners and home builders are appreciative of the clarity and ease in which they can share the report.
