For a limited time, you can receive an inspection of your home for free or at a substantial discount. You know there is a catch but it isn't what you think.... If you are willing to help us, we'll help you!
Everyone is different when it comes to this sort of thing and that is just fine by us. We have created an à la carte menu with a number of different ways you can reduce or eliminate the cost of your inspections with us. Pick what works for you!
- Are you a neighbourhood champion? Let your neighbours know about our service. For each one that mentions your name when they book their inspection, we'll send you 10% of the fee. That is a minimum $35 per inspection!
- Do you think you could gather up 5 friends and book your appointments all at once? We'll inspect your home for free!
- You know those plastic signs that you see on people's lawns when they have work done at their home? We have really great looking ones and if you agree to leave it on your lawn for a week, we'll discount your inspection by 10%. Two weeks? 15%!
- Pre-pay for more than one inspection and receive a 15% discount on the total.
- Fill out our electronic satisfaction survey after an inspection to be entered into a monthly draw for a $200 Home Depot Gift Certificate!
